OmNom Apps Releases First Application for the iPhone
Los Angeles, California – July 9, 2011 – OmNom Apps today announced the release of Button Smash. This application marks the first official release by cofounders Tony Ngo and Kevin Hamano.
Button Smash is a fast-paced game that will leave you wondering what you should press next. Players use a set of buttons at the bottom of the screen to clear shapes as quickly as possible. In doing so, players are able to earn more points and rank against others.
Button Smash features fun graphics–including doodles by Chris Asuncion (http://www.chrisasuncion.com/)–silly sounds, an original track by Mike Choi (http://youtube.com/user/wowitzmike), in-game pause, and OpenFeint integration.
Between July 12th and July 16th, OmNom Apps will also be donating 50% of proceeds to the winning educational kids charity. Voting on charities is currently going on now at their site, http://omnomapps.com.
“As a small but growing application development company, we wanted to celebrate this moment. Thinking about what to do, it just made sense to help provide a better educational experience for others,” says Kevin. “We hope that you will join us in laying the foundation for future generations.”
Button Smash is available now on iTunes for the iPhone and iPod Touch.
